A message from Mrs Phillips

Dear Parents and Carers,

I am writing this with mixed emotions as this will be my last message to you all before, I retire.

Thank you all for your support, care and above all your trust in letting me lead and manage the school over the last 4 years.

It has been an honour to have been seconded headteacher at Alderman Davies and I will miss everyone very much.

I have been overwhelmed with all the messages I received either written in cards or through the conversations I have had with you on the gate over last few weeks.

It really is a privilege to be a headteacher and an honour to have been a small part of your children’s education.

Your partnership and engagement has been invaluable and I am very grateful for this.

Thank you for the lovely gifts I have received too – you have been so kind.

The school will continue to flourish with the dedicated staff here in school.

I wish you a safe and happy summer and I look forward to hearing all the great things your children will achieve in the years to come.

Many, many thanks

Mrs Kath Phillips

Seconded Headteacher
